Tawse Whisky

Tawse Winery has made a name for itself as the second biodynamic winery in Canada and the 4 time winner of 'Winery of the Year' at the Canadian Wine Awards. They make some of Ontario's very best wine, and now they're getting into spirits. This first batch of Whisky is 100% corn from south western Ontario, aged 3 years in American Oak barrels and finished for 15 months in Tawse Pinot Noir barrels. This results in a robust, sweeter seeming, Bourbon style whisky nuanced with the Pinot barrel finishing. A treat for both Bourbon and Pinot Noir lovers.
